All-time summary
Closed signals only; open positions are excluded. Average return is the simple mean of every closed signal's realized return, before costs.

gross gains ÷ gross losses
Monthly average return per signal
Mean realized return of signals published that month. This is the number that matters; win rate alone can flatter a system with small targets and wide stops.

Share of closed signals that ended with a positive return. The current month is still in progress.

How we score a signal
Each signal gets a recommendation price, a profit target and a stop-loss level the day it is published. It is then tracked until one of these outcomes occurs:
- Target hit
- Price reached the profit target.
- Partial profit
- Tracking window expired with a positive return, short of the target.
- Stop loss
- Price hit the stop-loss level.
- Minor loss
- Tracking window expired with a flat or negative return.
- Tracking
- Still open. Not counted until it closes.
Average return is the mean realized return of all closed signals, equal-weighted, before commissions and slippage. Profit factor = sum of gains / sum of losses across closed signals; above 1.0 means the system made more than it lost. Win rate = (target hit + partial profit) / all closed.
Why we lead with return, not win rate. Target and stop levels are set per signal and differ by market. A market with a tight profit target and a wide stop will post a high win rate even when the average trade barely breaks even; a market with the opposite setup can show a mediocre win rate and a better return. Read the two together, and treat profit factor as the tie-breaker. Nothing is backfilled or removed; a signal published is a signal scored.
